Keep asking questions until everything that you want answered has been answered and do not let the seller and the broker get away with not giving you a full answer. It is your money and you deserve an explanation for all potential problems. Write all of these questions down beforehand, so that you do not forget while in the moment, and then write down the answers as well. This will give you a clearer understanding and will allow you to go over the answers once you are away from the situation.
